I took some time out to unplug and to spend some time with that very person in life, myself.. lol Radio silence and spending time with yourself is not selfish or make you a 'bad' person or make you 'self centred'. I'm sure you've heard of the saying "the best relationship you can have is the one you have with yourself". The relationship you have with yourself is one of the most important relationships you will ever have. So spending time with yourself, in your own space, doing things that make you (and your soul) happy is the kindest thing you can do for yourself. It helps to re-charge your batteries and mindset, helps with launching yourself into your 'zone of development' with new projects, gives you time to sort through what is important and time to create your new goals. For someone like myself, who manages anxiety and other daily obligations, taking time out is a must to keep myself healthy - both in mind, in emotion, in spirit and in the physical body. So next time when you need to unplug and 'get lost' with yourself, just do it and don't care what others say.
